Mallavora - Ego

I had the pleasure of working with the band Mallavora in late 2019 shooting a number of videos for them. This is the first video that has been released by them after being edited by an editor of their choice.
SKY General Election

Myself and another crew member were selected to capture the live action from our local count locations for SKY. I was in charge of setting up the camera, live stream system and operating the two whilst the count and declarations were in session.
Multiple Covers - The Uptone Girls

In June of 2019 I was asked to film and edit three videos for The Uptone Girl, a acapella group from University of Birmingham.
All three songs were recorded on the same day by myself and an assistant; editing then took place once the final mastering of the audio was sent to myself.

Runs in the Family is a short Television drama created during my second year at university. Due to running a skeleton crew, a lot of multi-rolling was conducted in this project. This project really tested my skills behind the camera.
The Royal Television Society Midlands Awards

Myself and a fellow bursary recipient had the pleasure of creating a video promoting the RTS Midlands Awards. This involved us capturing b-roll, interviewing the winners of the awards and then sourcing music to create the promotional video.
Fight Like A Girl

This was a campaign that looked into the modern day challenges that women face everyday. This campaign video was displayed at a university event showcasing a number of campaigns from other students for the public to attend and speak to us about our campaign.
The Plug EP.1&2

During my work placement at BritAsia TV I had the opportunity to be an assistant editor on their original show 'The Plug'. My task was to synchronise the audio with the visuals, make the initial cuts and add the graphic templates. This was a huge honour and gave my two broadcast credits.
The Punjabi Film Awards

I had the honour of being a part of the team filming the UK's first Punjabi Film Awards with BritAsia TV. I helped with the promotion of the event, tearing up and and down the set and filming the winners of the awards on the red carpet at the event. This also allowed me to gain a broadcast credit as Production Assistant.
Get Rich Only 1 Year Anniversary

Get Rich Only is a Birmingham Based Fashion brand. To mark the 1 year anniversary of the brand, I was asked to conduct and interview with the CEO to get some more knowledge of himself and the brand. He wanted something personal and that looked vintage to connect with the audience.
KHG KALM - GLOW

Working with The TG Group allowed me to gain my first experience filming music videos. 'GLOW' was one of the more demanding shoots that challenged my abilities creatively. The shoot was in both London and Birmingham and was created by myself and 2 others.
The Buzz

This was my first practical project at university and my first time operating a studio camera. 'The Buzz' was a magazine style show broadcasted live to YouTube. My main role was studio camera operator but I also had involvement editing the video inserts, directing the video inserts and sound operating.
